Kathleen Gowran

1 January 1932 – 31 January 2026

Our lovely mum Kathleen passed away peacefully at home on 31 January 2026 and will be missed immensely. 

She was predeceased by her nine siblings and two half siblings, and will be remembered with love by her children Elaine and Neil, daughter-in-law Heather, grandsons Kurtis and Rhys, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May her warm and loving soul rest in peace.

The funeral mass for Kathleen will be held on Wednesday 25 February in the Sacred Heart Church, Quex Road, Kilburn at 11am, followed by committal at 1pm at West London Crematorium.

After the funeral, we’ll gather at The William in the Harrow Road from 1.30pm to share stories and memories over food and drink.

Please accept our sincere thanks for your kind words. We have been so comforted by the outpouring of love and support over the past week.

Instead of sending flowers, if you wish, you can honour Kathleen’s memory by donating to the Wellbeing Cafe at the Lonsdale Medical Centre. This weekly voluntary run session combats isolation and loneliness, bringing people and their carers together for conversation, singing, dancing and good food.
