Gordon died at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich on Saturday 4th April 2026 after a long illness.

Funeral
We will be gathering to celebrate Gordon’s life at his funeral which will take place at Honor Oak Crematorium, Brockley Way, London SE4 2LJ on Tuesday 12th May 2026 at 1:00 PM.

 Please ensure you use the entrance on Brockley Way even if the sat nav says otherwise, as there is no throughway to the crematorium via the cemetery on Brenchley Gardens.

Reception
After the funeral, we will gather at The Waverley Arms, 202 Ivydale Road, SE15 3BU for light refreshments and the opportunity to share our memories of Gordon over the years.

The family have been comforted by many of Gordon’s friends who have been in touch to offer their condolences and express their sadness at the news of Gordon’s passing.
