2nd August 1963 – 14th March 2026
David died at St Christopher's Hospice in London on
Saturday 14th March 2026, draped in a keffiyeh and
with loved ones by his side.
His death is a tragedy and we feel his absence immensely.
David’s funeral will take place at Mortlake Crematorium on
Wednesday 1st April 2026 at 4:00 PM. The service will be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend (details below).
Wake
After the funeral, we’ll gather at The Tapestry, 1 Lower Richmond Road, SW14 7EZ to share our memories of David over food and drink.

Please accept our most sincere thanks for your kind words. We have been so comforted by the outpouring of kindness and support over the last few weeks. If you cannot attend please feel encouraged to send a message that can be read or displayed at the wake.
