As you may know, Anne died peacefully on Friday 1st May 2026 at Limetree Care Home, Streatham, London where she had been cared for with kindness for several years.

Anne’s funeral will take place at West Norwood Crematorium on Friday 22nd May 2026 at 10:30 AM. The service will be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend (details below).

 Wake
After the funeral, please join us at 35 Dalmore Road, London SE21 8HD to share memories of Anne and celebrate her life. There is free on-street parking.

If you would like to share memories or thoughts about Anne, we are making space for that at this time. Please do let us know.

Donations
Anne devoted her life to looking after and teaching children and cared deeply for their happiness and wellbeing. If you would like to make a donation in her memory, please donate to Smile Train, a charity which provides free cleft palate surgery in middle and low-income countries so that children can lead happy lives, or to Sightsavers to help save the sight of people in Africa and Asia.

There will be a collection box at the Crematorium if you would like to donate on the day.
