Kyoko died at home on Friday 10th July 2026. We weren’t ready to lose her and will miss her so much. 

Kyoko’s funeral will take place at Honor Oak Crematorium on Thursday 6th August 2026 at 10:30 AM. The service will be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend (details below). 

Please ensure you use the entrance on Brockley Way even if the sat nav says otherwise, as there is no throughway to the crematorium via the cemetery on Brenchley Gardens. Click here for Google Maps directions.

Commemoration
Before the day of the funeral, we’ll gather at the Speechley household on Saturday August 1st to share our memories of Kyoko over food and drink. 

Dress Code
No dress code, people can wear what they wish. 

Thanks
Please accept our most sincere thanks for your kind words. We have been so comforted by the outpouring of love and support over the last few weeks. 

Donations
You can honour Kyoko’s memory by donating to a charity that was close to her heart, The Ghassan Abu Sittah Children’s Fund.
