Enyd died at University College London Hospital on Thursday 18th June 2026. As was Enyd’s wish, Victoria was with her and holding her hand whilst Welsh hymns played in the background. The unique and irreplaceable Enyd, Mammy, Nain.

Enyd’s funeral will take place at the Actors’ Church (St Paul's Church), Bedford Street, Covent Garden, London WC2E 9ED on Friday 24th July 2026 at 3:30pm.

All are warmly welcome and the church is fully accessible. The service will be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend (details below).

Drinks
Please join Victoria after the funeral for a drinks reception in the church garden. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served. Let’s face it, it wouldn’t be a tribute to Enyd without some red wine!

Dress Code
Please do not feel that you need to wear black. If black is your colour (or you look fabulous in it) then wear black. But if bright colours are your style then please wear those.

Thanks

Flowers
Enyd has requested “Strictly no flowers”. However, if you would like to make a donation in lieu of flowers, the charity that she and Victoria have chosen is The Food Chain Charity. It is the only charity helping people with HIV through nutrition. Enyd was a staunch LGBTQ+ ally and she lost many friends during the HIV pandemic. The Food Chain is run almost entirely by volunteers and they rely on donations in order to provide what is still, sadly, a much needed service.
