Maureen Mary Margaret McCarthy (Mary Murphy)

25th June 1937 – 13th November 2025

We are sad to share that Maureen died peacefully at St Mary’s Nursing Home on Thursday 13 November 2025.

Thank you for the kindness, friendship, and love you have shown Maureen over the years. She will be deeply missed, but we hope you’ll join us in celebrating a life so full of warmth, humour and love.

Maureen’s funeral will take place at Dulwich Picture Gallery, College Road, London, SE21 7AD on Monday 8th December 2025 at 12:00 PM.

If you are arriving by car, free parking spaces are available on Gallery Road and College road. There is also paid parking in nearby Dulwich Park, just opposite the College Road entrance. For more information on getting to Dulwich Picture Gallery, please go to their “Visit us” page.

Wake
After the funeral, we’ll gather at ____ to share our memories of Maureen over food and drink.
