15TH AUGUST 1967 – 10TH OCTOBER 2025

Following a three year journey living with cancer, Adrian died peacefully at home on Friday 10th October 2025.

Despite knowing it was coming, none of us were ready to lose him and will miss him so much.

A service to celebrate Adrian’s extraordinary life will take place at Blackheath Halls, 23 Lee Road, London, SE3 9RQ on Friday 28th November 2025. Please arrive by 13:45 PM ready for a prompt start at 2:00 PM.

Adrian was loved by many and we know that many people will want to attend. Due to capacity limitations at the venue the service is strictly by invitation only. Please confirm your attendance using the form below, as this will allow us to offer any spaces not taken up to others who wish to attend.

The service will be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend in person (details to follow).

A private committal for family and close friends will take place in the days following the service.

Dress Code
Adrian was very keen that his funeral be a celebration, an occasion to mark a life well lived, rather than a sombre farewell.

Imagine you are going out for a fancy dinner with Adrian, and dress as you would for that.

Please accept my most sincere thanks for your kind words. I have been so comforted by the outpouring of love and support over the last few weeks, and whilst I may not have been able to reply to every message please know that I read them all and they will stay in my heart forever.
