Sadly, Jimmy died on Monday 2nd December 2024.
Jimmy’s funeral will take place at Bluebell Cemetery & Crematorium on Wednesday 5th February 2025 at 10am.
Please ensure you use the correct address: Old London Road, Halstead, Kent TN14 7AE. Do not confuse this with Medway Crematorium on Bluebell Hill!
The service will be livestreamed for those unable to attend, and further details are below.
After the funeral, we warmly invite you to join us at Farleigh Golf Club from 12.15pm a place where Jimmy spent many happy years playing golf and enjoying drinks with friends. It would mean a lot to have you there to share stories and memories.

Jimmy was cared for by St Christopher’s Hospice whose support and compassion were truly extraordinary. This experience made the hospice a cause very close to his heart.
If you would like to honour Jimmy’s memory, donations to St Christopher’s Hospice would be appreciated. While flowers are a lovely gesture, a donation would mean so much more.
We want to celebrate Jimmy’s life in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful for everyone. Please feel free to wear whatever you wish, traditional black or something colourful and bright. Jimmy would have wanted everyone to be themselves.
