Our celebration of Daphne’s life will take place at GreenAcres Chiltern Park on Thursday 27th August 2026 at 3:00 PM. The service will be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person (details below).

Plentiful parking and toilet facilities are available on site. Tea, coffee and water will be available in the Gathering Room at 2:30 PM prior to the service starting at 3:00 PM in the Ceremony Hall. Please follow the signs on site.

If you arrive early, you can take some time to enjoy the beautiful woodland.

Gathering
After the service, we’ll meet in the Gathering Room to share stories of Daphne over food and drink until 17:00 PM. Afternoon tea, a range of soft drinks, sandwiches and canapes will be provided.

A memory book will be available for you to share your stories of Daphne. If you have photographs, please do bring them along or email them to us for the family archive.

For those who wish to join us after tea, we will go to The Bull Hotel, Oxford Road, Gerrards Cross SL9 7PA for an informal drink.

Donations
In lieu of flowers, you can honour Daphne’s memory by donating to Aplastic Anaemia Trust - the only charity supporting this rare but very severe condition – and Parkinson’s UK - the largest UK charity supporting research into and those affected by Parkinson’s. Daphne suffered from both these conditions.

RSVP
We know from previous RSVPs who plans to attend the ceremony. If your plans have changed, please let us know by filling in the form below so we can adjust catering numbers. We also need to give The Bull Hotel an indication of numbers. We’d be most grateful if you can let us know whether you will be joining us there for a drink.
