David Sinclair's Powerful Funeral

On a chilly but bright Autumn morning, the family and friends of David Sinclair gathered to both celebrate his life and acknowledge his death at the place he'd chosen as his final resting place, Willow Row Barrow, in the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside.  It was the first time that a funeral ceremony was held at the barrow, and the experience left a deep impression on everyone who attended the funeral.

His banana leaf coffin, covered in his wife's favourite flowers, was carried into the barrow where the beautiful ceremony took place.

In the New Year, Sacred Stones, Poetic Endings & Rosalie Kuyvenhoven will be telling the story of David's decision to not only have his ashes laid to rest at the barrow, but to allow his family and friends to come together in the same place for his funeral.
