Annie Cooke

Annie Cooke

It is with great sadness that we have to announce the sudden and tragic death of our beloved daughter and sister Annie.

Annie was loving, kind, generous of heart and full of life and energy. She was dearly loved and will be remembered with fondness and greatly missed.

Annie battled with a bipolar condition throughout her entire adolescence and adult life, but despite this she poured herself into helping others and campaigning against injustice.

We will be meeting at 12 noon on 18th December at Linden House, Hammersmith for a commemoration of Annie’s life and then bidding her a final farewell at 2pm at Mortlake Crematorium. All are welcome to join us.

If you are unable to be there in person on the day but would like a message to be read or inscribed in the Book of Remembrance on your behalf this would be most welcome. Please send your messages to Annie’s father, Matthew, at mcooke01uk@yahoo.co.uk

If you’d like to send flowers or a tribute, please contact Poetic Endings to arrange delivery.
